Their stay and facilities are quite good. But restuarant service is pathetic. Reason the person at billing says for not able to serve water, we can only do so much when it is crowded. What could have been a 5 star rating for reduced to 3 because of this. Also, I would never come back or let anyone go here again unless they have alternate arrangements for food

For the restaurant only : The food quality is one of the worst I've experienced in recent days. There are numerous insects in the hotel. The consistency of food quality is extremely poor; the dal is as thin as water, and the mushrooms are old and not fresh at all, completely black in color. Additionally, I could detect an unpleasant smell in a few portions. I kindly request the hotel management to address these issues and provide both quality and timely food for the amount charged

Very nice hotel , clean, all facilities. Main attraction is children play area and relax point to sit in garden. I will highly recommend this hotel. Restaurent in hotel has Reasonable quality food, not best.

The hotel is clean and tidy and the support staff is very good,food is excellent.room service for food is not thr but u can have take aways for the room from the restaurant.only tea and coffee is available for room service.The rooms are clean,u can find few spots on the chair and blankets but they are clean so manageable.Location is amazing(just one km from the temple,you can easily find auto and buses from outside hotel and they have a hotel parking if you have ur own vehicle) and the ground staff is very good.Even though they don't understand Hindi but they were trying thr best to understand my concerns or questions and ready to provide answers if possible. For the next day ,I asked them to keep my luggage and the receptionist (i forgot to ask the name) immediately helped me and also suggested me few places to visit apart from Kukke Subramanya ji Darshan. Only con:The hotel doesn't provide late check out even if the rooms are available for next day(especially if you are checking in during night ,I guess the receptionist on night shift is very strict and will not even consider ur request what so ever)Thats the only thing I find customer unfriendly. Final Analysis: I would definitely want to visit the place for darshan and would like to stay here🙂.

I arrived in Kukke Subramanya after a long and exhausting travel from Bangalore. I was fortunate enough to reserve this stay online and have it confirmed instantly. This place has really pleased me. It's a really clean and comfortable place to stay. There is a pool and a play area for children.

The hotel is situated 2 kilometres from the Kukke Subrahmanya temple with Kumaradhara river flowing besides it. The hotel offers good, clean cottage kind of accommodation. The kids play area is a well thought out entertainment zone for the children. The small swimming pool is an added attraction for the kids. The hotel staff is proactive, cooperative and helpful. The rooms are neat and well kept.

Room service is only tea and coffee. Restaurant is available in a separate building. Since there is not much crowd they take 20 minutes to serve any item. Pool is available and is a good thing when you have kids. There was only hot water ( terribly hot) in the bathroom, including the bidet spray. Was tough to manage.
